Chair Yoga 2.0

This is chair yoga at the next level!  Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of seated and standing exercises.  We will incorporate weights, bands and more to gain strength, improve balance, and increase flexibility.  This is a low impact workout for participants of all ages, skills and fitness abilities. Intro to Strength Yoga

Interested in a floor-based yoga class that doesn’t tie you up in knots or make you dizzy? Come join us to improve joint range of motion, strength, and balance while challenging the body with poses that move you gently from the floor to a stand and back down again. By working from the floor, we are equipped to increase upper body and core strength. This class is available to all ages and abilities! Advanced Senior Strength & Stability

This advanced class is designed for seniors who are ready to build upon a foundation of strength and balance.  It will focus on challenging exercises that increase muscular strength and endurance, improve coordination, and enhance balance stability.  We will move down to the floor and back up again. BARREfusion

BARREfusion is a low-impact, total body workout inspired by ballet. If offers a unique approach to barre training with cardio bursts and signature fuses. What I love about this workout is that it can be done by all fitness levels! Not a ballerina?  No problem! Meet me at the barre! Register HERE.

SOULstrength

SOULstrength is a creative blend of weighted rhythmic resistance exercises, cardio challenging sections, mobility patterns and core conditioning exercises.  We train to transfer!  With consistency, your activities of daily living become easier and your balance will improve! Register HERE.

Cardio Drumming

A great cardio workout using a stability ball & drum sticks.  This class will have you saying, “Oh my Quads!”  If you love moving to music, this workout is for you!   All fitness levels welcome!  Register HERE.
