doesn’t mean you can’t have community!

LR Fitness Small Group Training

Our small group training focuses on strengthening muscles, improving balance and increasing range of movement for daily life activities. I can meet you where you are, and provide a path to reach your long-term goals.  

Participants use hand-held weights and/or elastic tubing with handles (sealed water bottles are a good stand-in if you don’t have hand weights available).  We will utilize a chair for seated exercises or standing support. I provide floor options to challenge you, but I will always show other options!  Training is held every Wednesday & Friday from 8:45 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. CST.

Your first class is FREE! Classes are $5/per class, payable via Check/Venmo/Paypal due at the end of the month.

Not sure about using Zoom? Reach out and we can have a one-on-one session to get you comfortable prior to class!
